2 Winning Tickets Sold for Record-Breaking Powerball Lottery

On Thursday, November 30th, the Powerball jackpot climbed to a record-breaking numbers. And although the winners haven’t stepped forward yet, two winning tickets were sold for the $587.5 million prize.

The winning tickets were sold in Fountain Hills, Arizona and Dearborn, Missouri. The winning Powerball numbers were 5, 23, 16, 22 and 29, and a Powerball of 6. If you bought a ticket for the big giveaway, be sure to check your numbers. You can win some amount of money if you match only two of them.

Although everyone wants to hear who won, it makes sense for winners of multi-million dollar prizes to get legal and financial aid before stepping forward, according to CNN’s article, Winning Powerball tickets sold in Missouri, Arizona.
